Moni is a medicine woman, breathwork, and sound healer, guiding others through profound journeys of self-discovery and transformation. She offers transformative experiences that help individuals reconnect with their essence through grounding, nervous system regulation, and mystical exploration. In addition to their healing work, Moni Rainbow Hawk leads Plant Spirit Apprenticeships and Dietas with Master Plants, helping others engage in ancient wisdom directly from plants through dreams, herbal education, and ritual. This sacred work of learning directly from the plants empowers individuals to tap into universal codes and live in deeper alignment with the natural world.

Moni is also a skilled bodyworker and energy medicine healer. From a young age, she has immersed herself in the study of Tibetan Buddhism and offers monthly opportunities for folks to study with her dharma teacher, David Molk. Additionally to Tibetan Buddhism she has been a student of Andean Cosmology and Peruvian shamanism since the age of 16. Moni is a lover of ancient healing traditions, of the land, and is a dedicated goat tender and land steward in the lands of the Esselen Nation in Big Sur. Moni Rainbow Hawk integrates all these healing technologies into her work, guiding others toward embodied, joyful, and soulful living.
